Delete your इLAAKA account & data

This page applies to the Android app “इLAAKA” (also written “ILAAKA”, formerly “MARKD”), package name com.vyanmo.markd, published on Google Play by the developer Mohit Tahiliani. Contact: ptahiliani26@gmail.com.

Option 1 — delete inside the app (instant)

Open इLAAKA → You tab → ⚙️ Settings → Delete account → confirm.

Option 2 — request deletion by email

Step 1. From the email address linked to your account, email ptahiliani26@gmail.com.

Step 2. Subject line: “Delete my ILAAKA account”.

Step 3. Include the email address (and display name) used in the app.

We verify the request comes from the account owner, delete within 30 days, and confirm by email.

What gets deleted

Timing & retention

In-app deletion is immediate. Email requests complete within 30 days of verification, including routine backups. We keep only what the law requires and anonymous aggregates that cannot identify you. We do not sell your data. Deletion is permanent — runs, crowns and streaks cannot be recovered.
